Susan Weiner, asked in response to my last post if there where many financial advisor blogs. She referenced a recent article by Financial Advisor Magazine that talks about the place for blogs in an advisor practice. I have not seen many advisors who have started to blog. But it is just a matter of time before more advisors will take advantage of this great marketing tool.

In the near future there will be B/D only sites that will feature blogs from advisors for advisors. This trend will enable asset managers to get into the game and start sponsoring some of these blogs, and at the same time monitor what their clients have to say about them.
